Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience with complex individual and business returns, including planning and audit support.
• Client-facing advisory experience and strong communication skills.
• Compliance with continuing education and IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse client situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financials and tax implications.
