Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3+ years progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong tax preparer with knowledge of pass-through entity taxation.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Review work of Tax Associates and Interns and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, and clients on planning and compliance.
• Respond to IRS and other tax authorities inquiries.
• Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
• Prepare research memoranda and guidance documents.
• Train and develop staff.
