Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a Tax Associate to prepare corporate, partnership and individual tax returns for a middle market client base. You will work closely with partners, managers and clients on tax preparation and planning.

You will research tax engagements, respond to IRS inquiries, and handle more complex return preparation using ProSystem fx while collaborating with seniors, managers and partners. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting or Taxation from an accredited college/university.
• Meeting all requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Knowledge of tax software, specifically ProSystem fx.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with partnership, individual, and corporate returns.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
