Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience with complex individual and business returns.
• Client-facing advisory experience.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and implications.
• Provide tax savings recommendations and cross-sell Block services.
• Offer IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office culture
