Job summary

PwC is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Associate to support tax compliance and advisory work for clients in asset and wealth management, including reviewing financial data, preparing tax returns, and guiding junior team members. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam in intended state of employment (Bar or other credentials may qualify).

Responsibilities

• Review client tax data and financial statements to prepare and file tax returns.
• Analyze tax law and regulatory updates to identify filing requirements and reporting implications.
• Prepare tax workpapers, schedules, and drafts for asset and wealth management clients.
• Interpret complex compliance issues and translate findings into recommendations for engagement teams.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and track deadlines across engagements.
• Apply tax research and accounting knowledge to support return positions.
• Monitor data for inconsistencies and potential filing risks.
• Support client communications by responding to information requests.
• Guide junior team members and review work for accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvements in tax compliance delivery.
