Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Seasonal Senior Manager to provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning, including internal restructurings, acquisitions, and financial statement considerations.

You will also oversee the tax provision process, help improve efficiency and accuracy, and strengthen the control environment, aligning with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements while serving high-profile national and multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred
• CPA license or active state bar membership
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS
• Broad understanding of federal income taxation
• Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving ability and attention to detail
