Job summary

EY is seeking a Seasonal Senior Manager in the United States to lead tax accounting and planning for major clients, including internal restructurings, acquisitions, and GAAP/IFRS conversions.

You will oversee the tax provision preparation and review, strengthen controls, and assess tax risk across the broader SOX scope. A CPA or active state bar, 10+ years of experience, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with significant tax or legal experience; MST/MAcc or JD/LLM preferred.
• CPA license or active state bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP to IFRS conversions).
• Assist companies with all aspects of the tax provision preparation and review processes.
• Review tax provision processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and strengthen control environments, including Sarbanes-Oxley considerations.
