Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant in South Florida, with a hybrid schedule, in Boca Raton. You will gain hands-on experience in tax, accounting, and assurance services, while supporting client management and building a foundation in financial advisory and accounting services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong accounting skills and experience reviewing financial statements.
• Knowledge of journal entries, general ledger, AP/AR, and other general accounting/finance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and analyzing financial records and general ledgers.
• Compiling and reviewing financial statements.
• Assisting with banking and client financial relationships.
• Preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Ensuring the preparation of thorough and accurate workpapers.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and profitability.
• Supporting the evaluation and selection of accounting software.
