Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Senior Tax Accountant to join our corporate tax team in a multinational setting. You will handle federal, state, and international tax matters, ASC 740 provisions, and compliance, while collaborating with finance, legal, treasury, and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in tax, CPA/Master's preferred, and strong Excel with OneSource/CorpTax proficiency. Join a team committed to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; Master's or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years progressive tax experience; Big 4 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate income tax and ASC 740.
• Exposure to international tax concepts preferred.
• Proficient with tax software such as OneSource or CorpTax and ERPs like SAP/Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, local income and franchise tax returns.
• Gather data and prepare supporting tax workpapers.
• Coordinate with external tax providers for filings and compliance.
• Assist with ASC 740 tax provision processes and defer tax schedules.
• Prepare tax-related journal entries and SEC disclosures.
• Support audits with documentation and responses to authorities.
• Conduct tax research and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain SOX controls and update tax process documentation.
