Zusammenfassung

TCS & Associates CPAs is seeking a licensed CPA with extensive tax knowledge to join our team. The role involves preparing tax planning projections, reviewing filings, and communicating with clients and IRS representatives.

Hybrid work is available, with preference for candidates within commuting distance of Panama City, FL or Jacksonville, FL. You will engage in consulting, business development, and collaboration with management to serve high-net-worth individuals and businesses.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years working for a CPA firm.
• Licensed CPA or EA Certification or CPA exam eligible.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of the team.

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Workplace type: This is a fully remote position with a hybrid option (all applicants must live within a commutable distance of Panama City, FL or Jacksonville, FL to be considered)

What you will be doing:

• Preparing and reviewing tax planning projections
• Conducting tax research and outlining findings and conclusions
• Responding to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices
• Communicating directly with existing clients, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters
• Assisting with business development efforts, including but not limited to, meeting with prospective clients, preparing fee quotes and proposals, and evaluating clients’ needs
• Engaging in consulting and special projects as requested by Management and Clients

What qualifications we are looking for:

• 4+ years working for a CPA firm
• Licensed CPA, EA Certification or CPA exam qualified
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Extensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of the team
• Experience with UltraTax (required), Workpapers CS (preferred), Planner CS (preferred)
