Medtronic seeks a Senior CoreValve Therapy Development Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for TAVR and TAVI procedures, working with implanting teams and field organizations to drive safe adoption and growth. You will educate physicians, hospital staff, and partners while building a strong knowledge base in CoreValve technology and related therapies.

Formación

• HS diploma with 8+ years OR associate’s with 6+ years OR bachelor’s with 4+ years in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or science.
• Experience communicating product advantages to physicians and hospital administration.
• Experience teaching/educating medical personnel and support staff.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert clinical and technical support for TAVR/TAVI procedures and ensure adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and Medtronic partners to deliver education and drive safe program growth.
• Lead clinical and technical strategy for TAVR procedures, including planning and imaging expertise.
• Maintain deep knowledge of TAVR technology, data, and industry trends to support innovation.
• Collaborate with therapy consultants and cross-functional teams to execute territory plans and growth.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality customer support and resolve issues.
• Manage operational and compliance activities, including inventory, credentialing, and supplier reporting.
• Operate in demanding clinical settings requiring mobility, computer use, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
