Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Therapy Consultant to advance structural heart care across Utah/Idaho. You will drive territory growth, promote CoreValve and related products, and provide clinical and technical support for TAVR procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe adoption and meaningful outcomes.

The role requires strong sales and clinical capabilities, the ability to travel on short notice, and a commitment to physician education and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing account strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Provide clinical and technical expertise by serving as a trusted TAVR subject matter expert, supporting implant procedures, educating customers on indications, and promoting safe device use.
• Cultivate market and product leadership by maintaining deep knowledge of CoreValve and TAVR therapies, clinical literature, and industry trends.
• Provide expert clinical and technical support for TAVR procedures by guiding implant teams and ensuring safe use of CoreValve products.
• Partner with customers to drive procedural success by education and training of physicians and staff.
• Manage territory operations: forecast implants, coordinate case coverage, and ensure credentialing requirements.
• Advance product and market expertise and provide market intelligence to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across the organization on training, product enhancements, and customer presentations.
