Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior CoreValve Therapy Development Specialist to provide clinical and technical leadership in TAVR/TAVI procedures within assigned U.S. territories.

You will support valve preparation, deployment, and education for implanting teams and CBT/CVG field partners. The role requires collaboration with physicians, hospitals, and partners to drive education, safe program growth, and alignment with sales objectives, with travel up to 80% across Bakersfield, SLO, Fresno,

Qualifications

• Experience in TAVR/TAVI clinical support and education.
• Solid knowledge of cardiac anatomy, devices, and procedures.
• Bachelor-level or higher in a relevant field plus clinical/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and technical leadership for TAVR procedures and case planning.
• Develop knowledge of TAVR tech, data, and industry trends; support product development.
• Partner with therapy teams to execute territory plans and market intelligence.
• Build relationships with physicians and hospital teams to ensure high service levels.
• Manage compliance activities, inventory, vendor credentials, and onboarding.
