Job summary

JCTM is seeking a Senior Task Lead to serve as the primary onsite leader for daily workforce synchronization, contract execution, travel validation, performance monitoring, and Government interface at MacDill AFB within a USSOCOM environment.

The role requires strong operational judgment, disciplined communication, and the ability to manage personnel readiness, quality control, and task execution while ensuring security and compliance in a high-tempo setting.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Associate degree in business/management or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of operations management or team leadership on a DoD/federal contract.

Responsibilities

• Daily Workforce Oversight: real-time visibility of personnel location, task status, and surge readiness.
• Government Interface: liaison to the COR for clarity, compliance, and travel impact management.
• Contract Execution: manage daily tasking, priorities, suspense tracking, and conflicts.
• Travel Validation and Cost Control: review travel requests, justify costs, ensure alignment with requirements.
• Quality Control: monitor deliverables, accuracy, and documentation quality.
• Personnel Readiness: track staffing availability, gaps, clearance delays, and continuity.
• Reporting: weekly status updates, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
• Contract Governance: support routine reporting as directed by the SOW.
• CAC and SCI Departure Coordination: notify and handle departures and billet reporting.

As a Senior Task Lead with JCTM you will serve as the primary onsite leader for daily workforce synchronization, contract execution, travel validation, performance monitoring, and Government interface at MacDill AFB. This position requires strong operational judgment, disciplined communication, and the ability to manage personnel readiness, quality control, and task execution across a secure USSOCOM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Workforce Oversight: Maintain real-time visibility of personnel location, task status, mission coverage, surge readiness, and workload balance.
• Government Interface: Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison to the COR for operational clarity, contract compliance, performance monitoring, and travel impact management.
• Contract Execution: Manage daily tasking, priorities, suspense tracking, administrative barriers, performance risks, and tasking conflicts.
• Travel Validation and Cost Control: Review and approve mission travel requests, validate requirement justification, confirm cost-effectiveness, and ensure alignment with Government-approved requirements.
• Quality Control: Monitor quality, accuracy, professionalism, timeliness, version control, and accessibility of contract deliverables and supporting documentation.
• Personnel Readiness: Track workforce availability, coverage gaps, clearance delays, surge support requirements, and continuity of support.
• Reporting: Produce weekly execution status updates, risk identification, mitigation recommendations, performance insights, and upward communication to off-site leadership.
• Contract Governance: Support monthly, quarterly, annual, transition, travel, status, and performance reporting requirements as directed by the SOW.
• CAC and SCI Departure Coordination: Provide immediate notification of departing employees and coordinate CAC collection and SCI billet reporting requirements.

You Have:

• Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Associate’s degree in business, management, or a related field; or equivalent 3–5 years of contract operations leadership experience.
• 5–7+ years within the last 10 years of operations management or team leadership on a DoD or federal services contract, including a minimum of 2 consecutive years of experience; or military or civil service equivalent experience in direct operations and/or team management.
• Direct customer-facing experience with Government representatives such as a COR or functional lead.
• Proven ability to lead daily onsite execution at a secure installation such as MacDill AFB.
• Working knowledge of Government services contract execution, contract compliance, performance monitoring, travel impact management, and cost control coordination.
• Experience managing daily tasking, priorities, suspense tracking, staffing continuity, administrative delays, and tasking conflicts.
• Ability to lead and motivate a multi-functional contractor workforce while maintaining a high operational tempo with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders, Government stakeholders, program leadership, and distributed contractor personnel.

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, operations, national security, or a related field.
• Experience supporting USSOCOM, TSOC, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service Component, or other SOF-related organizations.
• Experience managing workforce execution under a performance-based services contract.
• Experience preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, transition, financial, quality control, or contract performance reports.
• Experience coordinating travel authorization, tracking, and reconciliation for CONUS and OCONUS mission support.

Clearance:
