Job summary

Tactica Solutions is seeking an experienced Targeting Analyst Senior to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program in Springfield, VA. You will apply deep GEOINT targeting expertise to deliver clear, actionable intelligence for senior leaders.

Responsibilities include developing target materials, conducting all-source analysis, and presenting high-quality assessments and briefings. A TS/SCI clearance and extensive experience in targeting are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience with advanced targeting.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with SSB.
• Experience with Joint Targeting Cycle and MDMP support.
• Senior knowledge of GEOINT software and photogrammetric principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level all-source, geospatial, and targeting analysis through the Joint Targeting Cycle.
• Develop and maintain target materials per JP 3-60, CJCSI 3370.01D, and mission guidance.
• Apply the Intelligence, Collection Management, and Targeting Cycles to support operations.
• Produce actionable assessments, reports, graphics, and multimedia briefings.
• Coordinate with analysts and mission partners to address complex requirements.
