Tactica Solutions is seeking an experienced Targeting Analyst Expert to support the U.S. Army INSCOM APOGEE program in Springfield, VA.

This role demands deep GEOINT targeting expertise and the ability to produce clear assessments, briefings, and multimedia presentations for senior leaders. Required education/experience includes 10–15+ years of intelligence analysis, TS/SCI clearance, and proficiency with GEOINT tools like RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, and ArcGIS.

Qualifications

• Education & experience as listed: MS/BA with years of CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience or HS with specialized training.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with SSB.
• 5+ years supporting Joint Targeting Cycle and GEOINT software usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead all-source, geospatial, and targeting analysis across the Joint Targeting Cycle.
• Oversee target development per JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
• Develop mission-focused assessments and target intelligence products.
• Coordinate with IC and DoD partners on findings.
