Qualifications

• MA/MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field
• BA/BS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field
• HS diploma/GED with specialized training in Intelligence Analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead expert-level all-source, geospatial, and targeting analysis throughout the Joint Targeting Cycle in support of operational requirements.
• Oversee and execute target development in accordance with JP 3-60, CJCSI 3370.01D, and mission guidance.
• Integrate the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and MDMP support.
• Conduct target research, geospatial analysis, photogrammetric analysis, and collection support to develop mission-focused assessments.
• Use GEOINT tools (RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, ArcGIS) to produce target intelligence products.
• Identify intelligence gaps, recommend collection strategies, and incorporate new information into target development packages.
• Prepare, review, and present target folders, intel assessments, graphics, and multimedia briefings.
• Ensure products are accurate, properly sourced, and compliant with standards and security requirements.
• Coordinate targeting activities with analysts, collection managers, planners, and DoD/IC partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
