Burrow Global has an immediate need for Turnaround Planners for a TAR event at a chemical plant in Memphis, TN. Three positions (2 Mechanical, 1 Electrical & Instrumentation) start in November 2026 and run through November 2027, with per diem for qualified candidates.

Roles focus on TAR planning using MS Excel and Primavera P6, with a 9/80 or 5/8 schedule before turnover and 7/12 during the turnaround. The TAR planner will join the TAR Management Team to ensure plans are prepared and executed to

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years as TAR planner on Petrochemical or Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Experience in turnaround planning for chemical plants preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and validate work plans and schedules.

Aufgaben

• Prepare job plans for all work in assigned area with materials requests.
• Attach relevant docs to plans: drawings, photos, test and cleaning procedures.
• Validate job plans as part of validation team.
• Prepare workbooks for supervisors with required paperwork.
• Work with foremen to aid work familiarization.
• Collaborate with schedulers, estimators and area planners to frame turnaround schedule.
• Attend daily meetings to understand new work in their area.
• Ensure work is planned and handed to scheduler for scheduling.
• Monitor material availability to support work.
• Identify changes with foremen and reuse in future plans.
• Ensure seamless handoff to QA/QC and Operations.
• Review that work in plant matches plans with foreman.
• Ensure all job packs are closed out.
