Job summary

NextGen Healthcare seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as the strategic advisor and technical champion for our ambulatory partner in the Greater St. Louis area.

You will own account operations, stabilize relationships, and drive on-site improvements in EHR/PM workflows. You will travel within a 25-mile radius, collaborate with executives and IT teams, and ensure environments are healthy while simplifying complexity and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as Technical Account Manager or similar.
• AWS cloud hosting expertise required; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by delivering technical guidance and advocacy.
• Maintain operational health while reducing cost and complexity.
• Build trusting relationships with executives and IT teams.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, risk, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, PS, Sales, and executives.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions and metrics.
