Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner to join our remote North America based team. You’ll lead strategic sourcing efforts for the Services Business, partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to attract top talent for Field Service Engineers and Technicians.

You’ll develop data-driven sourcing strategies, build proactive pipelines, and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach while promoting Hitachi Energy’s employer brand across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sourcing experience, or 5+ years without a degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Extensive experience sourcing for Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
