Qualifications

• 5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Deep experience sourcing for technical or go-to-market roles.
• Strong knowledge of talent automation and AI-powered sourcing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted candidate pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles.
• Use Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Create and manage automated sourcing workflows and outreach campaigns.
• Translate job requirements into clear, accurate sourcing strategies.
• Keep job requirements, candidate criteria, and search progress documented and transparent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, tags, and pipeline stages in Ashby.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches and improve candidate quality.
• Track outreach performance, response rates, and pipeline conversion.
• Identify pipeline gaps and adjust sourcing strategies quickly.
• Personalize outreach while maintaining speed and volume for a fast-growing company.
• Continuously test new sourcing tools, workflows, and automation strategies.
