Forbes is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Relations to join the Forbes Creator Network. You will drive growth of our talent recommendation engine and secure creators for advertiser, content and events needs.

Preference for West Coast with Los Angeles area; remote candidates in eligible states are also considered. You will be a key connector between talent, agencies, and Forbes' premium brand opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in talent management or related fields.
• Experience booking and negotiating talent for branded content.
• Strong network with talent managers, digital agents, publicists.
• Highly organized with talent databases and casting decks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure creators and hosts for advertiser, content, and live events opportunities.
• Source, pitch, and book high-profile hosts and digital creators.
• Develop and scale a creator correspondent program.
• Manage and maintain the creator roster and data.
• Nurture relationships with agencies, management firms, and independent creators.
