Job summary

Perplexity AI is seeking an experienced Communications & Marketing Recruiter to build and lead the teams responsible for how our company and products are positioned, launched, explained, and experienced.

You will own full-cycle recruiting across Communications, Marketing, Social, Editorial, Content, Events and related functions, partnering with leaders to define searches, build the market, assess candidates, and close top talent who can raise the quality of our work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Communications and Marketing.
• Ability to evaluate portfolios, writing samples, and campaign results.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on difficult searches.
• Fluency with modern ATS and recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the Communications & Marketing team.
• Partner with leaders from intake through close and develop clear profiles and sourcing plans.
• Build talent maps across industries and disciplines.
• Use AI to enhance research, outreach, and workflow while maintaining candidate experience.
