• Comfort working independently and managing your own time.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
• Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value conversations with professionals exploring leadership development or career direction.
• Support individuals navigating transitions, leadership challenges or growth goals.
• Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured consultations.
• Apply leadership, HR, talent development or consulting experience to support clients.
• Use AI-assisted platforms to enhance efficiency and workflow.
• Maintain professional communication, follow-up and relationship management.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities.
