Job summary

Beusa is seeking a Senior Talent and Growth Partner in The Woodlands, TX to lead full-cycle recruiting and build strong university, tech school, and military partnerships to promote our employer brand.

You will support the Summer Internship Program, develop pipelines for graduates and transitioning service members, and partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to execute our talent strategy with a data-driven focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, HR, or recruiting coordination; internship/early careers/veteran recruiting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience presenting to groups and representing employer brand externally.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a candidate-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop university, tech school, and military relations to build long-term partnerships.
• Lead campus and military recruiting strategy to enhance Beusa's brand regionally and nationally.
• Coordinate recruiting activities such as career fairs and interviews.
• Drive employer branding and social media presence to promote internships and veteran hiring.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and candidate communications for assigned requisitions.
