Responsibilities

• Identify training needs from stakeholders and assess performance gaps.
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training programs to meet business objectives.
• Create course manuals and leader guides with consistent documentation.
• Deliver training classes to all levels of associates and foster an engaging learning environment.
• Plan and implement training initiatives and integrate materials into development plans.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback to improve programs.
• Adhere to policies and maintain accurate records.
