Job summary

Broward College in Cypress Creek Administrative Center seeks a Senior Recruiter, Attraction and Selection to lead the full-cycle recruiting function, partnering with college leaders to build a robust talent pipeline and attract top candidates through targeted sourcing and outreach.

This role focuses on compliance, collaboration, and delivering talent across PTs, grants, ADM, faculty, and administrative roles, while guiding hiring managers through interviews, background checks, and the offer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Six years of recruiting experience in HR or staffing environments.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Certification in Recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruitment: post jobs, evaluate applicants, and build candidate pools.
• Partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies and assist with interviews.
• Conduct background checks and pre-employment assessments; engage candidates throughout process.
• Represent the college at job fairs and outreach events to attract applicants.
