Job summary

Vox Media is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for editorial (New York Magazine & Vox), podcast (Vox Media Podcast Network), revenue, and operations across the company. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to scope roles and build hiring plans while maintaining proactive talent pipelines and a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Experience recruiting editorial, creative, and audio/podcast talent.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for editorial, podcast/audio, revenue, and operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to scope roles and hire plans.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and passive outreach.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with timely communication and clear expectations.
• Structure bias-aware interview processes and coach interviewers on effective interviewing.
