Vox Media is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for editorial (New York Magazine & Vox), podcast, revenue, and operations roles from our New York City office. You’ll advise hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a first-rate candidate experience in a fast-changing media environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive thoughtful, equitable hiring

Competenze

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Experience recruiting editorial, creative, and audio/podcast talent.
• Advising senior leaders and managing stakeholders comes naturally.
• Strong sourcing skills and talent-network building.
• Commitment to equitable, bias-aware processes from outreach to offer.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
