The ideal candidate is meticulous, fast, with a strong visual style and a portfolio of bold work; you will collaborate with hosts, producers, and showrunners to deliver content on a regular schedule and ensure cohesive branding across formats.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in podcast or social video production for a media brand or individual talent.
• Fluency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or other video editing programs. Experience with motion design a plus.
• A portfolio that showcases your ability to shape voice, tone, and rhythm.

• Execute the editing and visual post-production for full-length podcast episodes distributed on YouTube and video platforms.
• Translate the personality and pacing of digital creators' shortform videos into a distinct and elevated podcast aesthetic.
• Design and integrate dynamic motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, and visual cues that enhance narrative and tone.
• Ensure consistent visual branding through smart use of color, typography, and layout across both longform and shortform edits.
• Implement split-screen layouts, on-screen text, varied pacing and punch-ins, and other techniques that keep conversations visually engaging and viewer-friendly.
• Address mixed-location interviews with creativity — ensuring cohesion and polish across footage types.
• Collaborate with hosts, producers, and showrunners to iterate quickly and deliver high-quality video content on a regular schedule.
• Source and incorporate archival video or social content where relevant to deepen storytelling.
• Stay ahead of podcast video trends and contribute ideas that push visual strategy forward.
