Job summary

Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high-volume engineering hiring for our Capital Markets practice. You will recruit digital engineers, AI specialists, architects, and data experts who build trading, market data, risk, and post-trade platforms, collaborating with delivery and engineering leaders in a software services environment.

You will source, screen, and hire across multiple countries as needed, manage multiple requisitions, and advise on compensation

Qualifications

• Own full-cycle hiring for Capital Markets engineering roles from intake to offer.

• Manage multiple requisitions during ramp-ups and reprioritize as needed.
• Track time-to-fill and interview metrics, flag pipeline risks early.

Grid Dynamics is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high-volume engineering hiring for our Capital Markets practice. You'll be responsible for hiring digital engineers & AI, architects, and data specialists who build trading, market data, risk, and post-trade platforms. You'll work closely with delivery and engineering leaders in a software services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for Capital Markets engineering roles, from intake to offer acceptance, and deliver against project-driven hiring deadlines.
• Source and engage engineers with financial domain expertise, Run technical intake sessions with engineering managers and architects to translate client requirements into precise skill profiles and screening criteria.
• Conduct first-level technical and domain screening to confirm both engineering depth and Capital Markets experience.
• Handle multiple concurrent engineering requisitions during project ramp-ups, and reprioritize as demand shifts.
• Track and report time-to-fill, submission-to-interview, and interview-to-hire ratios, and raise pipeline risks early.
• Advise engineering and delivery leaders on talent availability, compensation trends, and competing offers for financial technology engineers.
• Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing and screening technical Capital Markets profiles.

Functional Skills

Must-have

• Proven track record of intensive, high-volume hiring of software engineers for the Capital Markets industry (investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, trading firms, exchanges, or their technology partners).
• Experience recruiting engineering talent in a software services, IT consulting, or staffing environment where hiring is driven by client demand.
• Solid understanding of engineering roles and tech stacks common in Capital Markets, enough to screen candidates credibly on both technical and domain fit.
• Advanced sourcing skills for passive engineering talent, using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Strong partnership skills with engineering managers, architects, and client-side technical hiring managers.

Preferred

• Experience hiring engineers across multiple countries or for nearshore and distributed delivery teams.
• Familiarity with technical assessment tools and coding interview workflows.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and data-driven recruiting metrics.
