Job summary

MKS Instruments seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization, developing recruiting strategies, building pipelines, and supporting the full lifecycle.

This role requires 5+ years in recruiting, strong communication and stakeholder management, and experience with recruiting systems and databases; you will coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across a variety of positions and functions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience utilizing recruiting systems, candidate databases, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, document position requirements, and manage requisition activity.
• Develop sourcing strategies through recruiting channels, advertising, networking, and talent pipeline development.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to identify qualified talent and support the interview and selection process.
• Manage candidate communications, interview coordination, and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support the development and negotiation of employment offers while promoting a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with external recruiting partners, agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand candidate networks.
