MKS Instruments is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contractor to partner with Hiring Managers and HR to hire top talent. You will drive end-to-end recruiting, advise on hiring strategies, and manage a high-volume requisition load during a critical ramp.
This remote role requires Eastern or Central time zone alignment with a strong emphasis on candidate sourcing and stakeholder collaboration.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contractor at MKS Instruments you will be partnering with our Hiring Managers and Human Resources to hire amazing talent. You will report into a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be joining an impressive, established global team to both deliver for our customers, and grow and excel as a recruiting professional.
This is currently a contract position with potential to convert to permanent based on performance and delivery in role.
While position is based remotely - candidate must be Eastern or Central timezone based.
Hourly Pay Rate: $52 - 58/hr. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected compensation range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
