Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across critical functions. You will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, senior-level roles.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition OPx, with options to work remotely in the US Eastern time zone from our Cranberry Township HQ.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including senior roles.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and manage complex hiring portfolios.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and senior-level positions.
• Develop proactive talent attraction strategies and employer branding.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR to improve processes, metrics and outcomes.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and support compliance.
