Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience recruiting within the construction industry, covering executive to operations roles.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Electrical contractor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Champion an exceptional candidate experience for executive hires, maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage full recruitment process: sourcing, assessments, offers, onboarding.
• Build strategic candidate pipelines and partner with leadership on hiring initiatives.
• Represent Royal at industry events and lead recruitment campaigns.
