Job summary

Buildforce seeks a Talent Operations Manager for the DFW market to own end-to-end talent acquisition and placement for electricians on commercial construction projects. This in-market role runs like your own branch, partnering with the Account Executive and Senior Talent Operations Manager to build a high-quality candidate pool and place electricians on projects.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting in a dynamic environment, using modern tools.

Qualifications

• High-velocity recruiting experience (200+ touches/week or 20+ interviews/week).
• Bilingual Spanish & English required.
• Staffing, construction, or blue-collar industry experience preferred.
• Small-business or early-stage company experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality electricians for commercial construction sites.
• Interview and coach electricians on Buildforce process and expectations; negotiate on offers.
• Collaborate to meet monthly placement goals with quality and retention.
• Maintain records and manage operational complexity across sites.
• Teach electricians to use the Buildforce App and complete their profiles.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences via emails, texts, chats, and calls.
