• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required across multiple levels.
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or professional services preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic talent advisor using data, market intelligence, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer and onboarding for roles across levels.
• Develop strategic sourcing channels through referrals, associations, and industry networks.
• Drive candidate engagement and employer branding to build a strong candidate network.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future workforce needs.
• Provide recruitment analytics, reporting, and insights to stakeholders.
• Advise leadership on talent market trends, competition, and effective acquisition strategies.
• Enhance screening and assessment to ensure consistency with core values and role requirements.
• Strengthen interviewing capabilities through coaching and best practices with business leaders.
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to identify, attract, and secure talent.
