Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for senior and specialized roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, market trends, and compensation.
  • Manage a full requisition load and meet SLA targets.
  • Source candidates via social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates against qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on progress and outcomes.

This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.Partnering closely with business leaders, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner provides market insights, talent intelligence, workforce planning support, and recruitment expertise to influence hiring decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role leverages advanced sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, talent pipelining, and data-driven decision-making to build diverse talent pools and reduce time-to-fill for critical positions.Success in this role requires strong consultative skills, the ability to manage complex and executive-level searches, and a passion for identifying talent that will help drive business growth and organizational success.Major ResponsibilitiesStrategic Recruitment:Independently Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for senior and specialized positionsProactively partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation packages utilizing a variety of toolsManage a Full Req loadAchieve and exceed SLAs in Fills, Time to FillCandidate Sourcing and Screening:Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidatesBuild robust pipeline of candidates using various tools and networking outreach to meet business hiring goalsPartner with the hiring team to build screening questions to thoroughly conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fitStakeholder Management: (HM, Candidate)Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment processProvide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and maintain ongoing communication.Set expectations and communicate recruiting timelines and key processesWork closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on recruitment process and strategiesProvide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate statusData Analysis and Reporting:Proficiently Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategiesAbility to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including weekly, monthly and quarterly update/Metrics (Including fills, time-to-fill, req breakdown,Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes.Minimum Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Equivalent ExperienceWork Experience5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment2 years with recruitment focus on senior-level and specialized rolesKnowledge / Skills / AbilitiesProven track record of successfully recruiting for complex positionsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Knowledge of employment laws and regulationsAbility to develop and implement long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential recruitment challenges.Understand the business/business groupsAbility to effectively convey information to all stakeholdersAbility to command an audience at all levels of the organizationsEffectively presents information according to the intended audienceStrong relationship-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individualsBuild cross functional relationshipsAbility to identify issues and develop effective solutionsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and strong organizational skills“We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.”
