Job summary

KNIME seeks an HR Specialist - Recruiting & Onboarding to own the end-to-end recruitment cycle and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new team members. You will partner with hiring managers to optimize candidate pipelines using ATS, AI-driven tools, and modern HR tech in a fast-paced software environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record sourcing and hiring in US and German tech markets.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Personio or Ashby).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and drive full end-to-end recruitment.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and lead behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage relationships with candidates and managers.
• Drive diverse and inclusive recruitment and promote job ads across channels.
• Maintain clean ATS records and prepare hiring reports for decisions.
• Oversee pre-boarding and onboarding processes for smooth integrations.
• Test and roll out AI tools to optimize sourcing and HR workflows.
