Annual salary ranges from $97,126 to $118,709. You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers while collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing LinkedIn

Qualifications

• BA in business, HR or related field is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing and engineering roles.
• Proven ability to hire 50+ people per year and meet metrics.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for multiple roles.
• Attract applicants via referrals, job boards, fairs and online ads.
• Represent Nikkiso at job fairs and networking events.
• Review compensation guidelines and help position salary offers.
• Guide hiring managers on interviewing, selection and compensation.
