AT&T is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruiting for mission-critical, security-cleared roles in the Federal Solutions area. This onsite role is based in Chantilly, VA, and requires advisory collaboration with hiring leaders to build pipelines and ensure compliant, efficient hiring.

You will source, assess, and negotiate for highly specialized positions, mentor team members, and provide insights on labor market trends while partnering with security,

Qualificações

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting for government or mission-critical orgs.
• Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
• Experience in candidate assessment, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for domestic Federal Solutions roles.
• Partner with leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned to workforce plans.
• Recruit for positions requiring active security clearances up to Full Scope Polygraph.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
