AT&T in Chantilly, VA seeks a Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruiting for mission-critical government-focused roles. You will partner with leaders, develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and lead assessments and offers for security-cleared positions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience for government, defense, or mission-critical organizations.
• Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and hiring best practices.
• Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for domest ic roles supporting Federal Solutions teams.
• Partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies that align with workforce plans.
• Recruit for highly specialized positions requiring active security clearances up to Full Scope Polygraph.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates.
• Build talent pipelines for critical skill sets and growth initiatives.
• Conduct candidate assessments and interviews, including evaluation of clearance status and mission alignment.
• Guide hiring teams through structured interview processes to ensure compliant hiring decisions.
• Manage offer development and negotiations while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Collaborate with security, onboarding, compliance, and HR teams to ensure a seamless process.
• Provide insights on recruiting performance, pipeline health, and labor market trends.
• Mentor recruiting team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and government contracting requirements.
