Job summary

Lifecore Biomedical is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Specialist in Chaska, MN. This hybrid role blends recruiting leadership with employee relations, shaping workplace culture and engagement.

You will partner with managers, manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding while ensuring compliant, equitable hiring practices. The role emphasizes collaboration within a small HR team in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience with focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition: partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Lead Employee Relations: act as first point of contact, investigate issues, coach managers on performance and conflict resolution, ensure policy compliance.
