Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure smooth, compliant new-employee transitions.
• Advise managers on performance management and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze employee relations trends and support engagement initiatives.
