Job summary

Sherpa 6, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Integrator to support USSOCOM PEO-TIS programs across STC, FCD-W and Watchtower. The role provides technical expertise, integration support, and training for advanced tactical communications systems used by Special Operations Forces.

Responsibilities include fielding synchronization, interoperability testing, TAK deployment, and live exercises. Travel up to 25% and active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with TS eligibility.
• Strong background in DoW tactical/strategic communications and network architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MANET radios, TAK ecosystem, and secure network configuration.
• Familiarity with Android/iOS systems and wireless transport technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support program office fielding, synchronization, and integration activities.
• Assist with acquisition management and vendor coordination.
• Integrate new equipment with existing systems for demonstrations, testing, and operational use.
• Develop and implement specifications, standards, and interoperability requirements for new technologies.
• Configure wideband/narrowband radios, network hardware, and PKI-based secure communications.
• Manage Linux-based systems, Docker containers, and proxy services.
• Support server automation, scripting, and configuration management tools.
