Job summary

Sherpa 6, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Integrator to support USSOCOM PEO-TIS across STC, FCD-W, and Watchtower programs. You will provide technical integration, field support, and training for advanced tactical communications used by Special Operations Forces.

The role requires hands-on experience with MANET radios, TAK ecosystem, PKI/secure networks, and Linux administration. A DoD clearance background and readiness to manage deployments are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with TS eligibility.
• 10+ years in USSOCOM communications roles.
• Strong experience with MANET radios and TAK ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, PKI, and networking.
• Experience with TAK Server configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and technical integration across STC, FCD-W, and Watchtower programs.
• Support fielding, synchronization, and integration activities.
• Assist with acquisition management and vendor coordination.
• Develop specifications, standards, and interoperability requirements for new technologies.
• Deliver end-user training and support live exercises and field deployments.
