Job summary

Sherpa 6 is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator to support USSOCOM programs across STC, FCD-W, and Watchtower. You will provide technical expertise for integration, training, and field support of advanced tactical communications systems used by Special Operations Forces.

Required active Secret clearance with TS eligibility, 10+ years in USSOCOM communications, and strong knowledge of MANET radios, TAK, and secure network configuration. On-site role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with TS eligibility.
• Strong background in DoW tactical/strategic communications and network architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MANET radios, TAK ecosystem, and secure network configuration.
• Familiarity with Android/iOS systems and wireless transport technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support program office fielding, synchronization, and integration activities.
• Assist with acquisition management and vendor coordination.
• Integrate new equipment with existing systems for demonstrations, testing, and operational use.
• Develop and implement specifications, standards, and interoperability requirements for new technologies.
• Deliver end-user training, including NET, OJT, and sustainment instruction.
• Provide technical guidance on capabilities, applications, and best practices.
