Job summary

Salesforce is building a dedicated data foundation team focused on data products that power CCO and Customer Success. This role contributes to dashboards and agentic experiences using Tableau Next and Snowflake-backed sources, shaping data access models and security for enterprise dashboards.

You will participate in building the new data capability from ground up, migrating dashboards, and implementing robust access controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tableau Next (not classic Tableau) or strong ramp-up in Tableau Next.
• Designed and implemented RLS or access-controlled dashboard models.
• Ability to write SQL against Snowflake-backed sources to validate dashboard data.
• Thrives in ambiguous 0-to-1 environments and helps build a data foundation from scratch.
• Attention to data visibility and cataloging metric definitions before go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own the wireframe-to-live-dashboard cycle in Tableau Next starting with the MVP dashboard.
• Design and implement the row-level security and access model in Tableau Next.
• Set up Pulse anomaly alerts on top accounts for key metrics.
• Migrate existing Tableau dashboards to Tableau Next to enable new workflows.
