Job summary

Salesforce is building a new data product platform within the CCO organization, focusing on Headless 360 Data Foundation Platform to power P&L and adoption metrics. This is a foundational role at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, collaborating with Tableau Next, Snowflake, and Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver data-driven customer success outcomes.

Qualifications

• Technical data product owner background.
• Data modeling fluency.
• Metric governance experience (definitions, ownership, versioning).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and sprint planning for Headless 360 Data Foundation Platform.
• Own the process for ratifying business logic and metric definitions with stakeholders.
• Own the product development backlog and enforce the roadmap across stakeholders and tech debt.
• Run the release gate, user testing, feedback loop, demos and drive adoption across stakeholders.
