Job summary

Salesforce is seeking aSenior Data Visualization Engineer to build dashboards and shape the data foundation for the CCO Product Strategy team. You will own the wireframe-to-live-dashboard workflow in Tableau Next, design RLS, and support Slack-based workflows across the agentic data layer.

You thrive in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments, writing SQL against Snowflake-backed sources to validate dashboard data and contribute to a scalable data foundation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tableau Next (not classic Tableau) and ability to ramp quickly.
• Designed and implemented RLS or other access-controlled dashboard models.
• Ability to write SQL against Snowflake-backed sources to validate dashboard data.
• Thrives in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments and helps stand up a data foundation from scratch.
• Detail-oriented: dashboards require precise RLS, access controls, and catalog definitions.

Responsibilities

• Dashboards and Agentic experience - own the wireframe-to-live-dashboard cycle in Tableau Next.
• RLS Design - design and implement the row-level security model in Tableau Next.
• Pulse Alerting - set up Pulse anomaly alerts on top accounts for key metrics.
• Migration - migrate existing Tableau dashboard to Tableau Next to enable Slack-workflow layer.
